Pakistani Taliban's threat: Terrorist organization said- will continue attacks on police, they do fake encounters!
Tehreek-e-Taliban
Pakistan ie TTP has threatened to continue attacks on the police. TTP said on
Sunday – In every state of Pakistan, the police first lock innocent people in
jail and later kill them in encounters. We are taking revenge from him for the
same thing.
TTP
has done 3 major attacks on police in a month. First in Islamabad, then Peshawar
and two days ago in Karachi. Altogether 116 policemen have been killed in these
three attacks. During this, three terrorists were also killed.
What
did TTP say in the new threat
TTP
made this threat in a statement sent in English to Pakistan's newspaper 'The
Business Recorder'. It said - We want to clearly tell the police of Pakistan
that they should stay away from our war and should not become slaves of the
army. If he continues with operations against us, the consequences will be
dire. We will continue to attack the homes of top police officers and their
safe havens.
TTP
has further said- Security agencies should understand that now they cannot kill
innocent prisoners. Fake encounters are being done every day. If this process
does not stop, then the attacks that will happen in the future will be worse
than before.
About
two months ago, the driver blew himself up with a bomb when the police stopped
a taxi for a routine check in the Red Zone of Islamabad. A total of 4 policemen
including an officer were killed in this attack. 6 people were seriously
injured. Later the officers said that due to the vigilance of the police, a
major attack was avoided in Islamabad. The Islamabad police tweeted that the
terrorists have been targeting the policemen for a long time to demoralize
them.
Earlier
this month, there was a fidayeen attack on a mosque in Peshawar's Police Lines.
Then around 500 people were present in the mosque during the afternoon prayer.
The fidayeen attacker was present in the middle row. He blew himself up. 110
policemen were killed.
The
Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the attack. The army
had cordoned off the area as an army unit had an office nearby. TTP has a lot
of influence in the area and this organization had also threatened to attack.
Third:
Karachi
On
Friday, some terrorists attacked the police headquarters in Karachi. Four
including a police officer, a ranger lost their lives in the attack. 18 people
have been injured. Three terrorists were also killed.
Some
terrorists entered the 5-storey police headquarters located in the
Shahrah-e-Faisal area at around 7 pm. The terrorists started firing
indiscriminately. The security forces retaliated. The encounter between the
police and the terrorists lasted for about 4 hours. TTP claimed the
responsibility of the attack.
In
2002, US forces invade Afghanistan to avenge the 9/11 terrorist attack. Fearing
US action in Afghanistan, many terrorists hide in the tribal areas of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani army frees the Red Mosque of Islamabad from the hands
of a radical preacher and terrorists. Although the radical preacher was once
known to be close to the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, the incident led to
a rebellion against the Pakistan Army in the Swat Valley. Due to this, many
rebel groups started to flourish in the tribal areas.
In
such a situation, in December 2007, 13 groups under the leadership of Baitullah
Mehsud decided to join a Tehreek ie campaign, hence the organization was named
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. In short, it is also called TTP or Pakistani
Taliban. Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan is considered the most dangerous of all the
terrorist organizations that have come into existence in Pakistan, which is
called the factory of terrorism.
